Kirby Corporation Now User of ICAN’s WorkBoat Pro Electronic Charting
Software

International Communications and Navigation Ltd. (ICAN) is the successful
bidder to supply vessel navigation software to Kirby Corporation for its
fleet of more than 260 vessels. ICAN is supplying its market-leading
WorkBoat Pro software as well as ComNav Vector G2B GPS Heading sensors. The
system supports the display of all standard vessel sensors as well as the
S-57 and BSB chart data provided by the US Army Corps of Engineers and NOAA.
ICAN President Neil Chaulk stated, “ICAN has been delivering vessel
navigation and fleet tracking software to the Workboat Industry for a number
of years, but this is the largest single workboat order received to date.
